No. International airfare is not included. Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights to and from Italy.
3. What are the tour dates?
The tour runs from May 24 through June 1. Guests should refer to the official booking page for the confirmed year, arrival instructions, and departure details.
4. Where do we meet when we arrive in Italy?
Pickup is planned from Naples International Airport or Napoli Centrale train station on the first day. Exact pickup instructions and timing will be provided to registered guests before departure.
5. How do I reserve my spot, and what payments are required?
A $1,400 Per Person deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your place on the WineSlayer “My Home Through My Eyes” Italy tour. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 24 participants.
The deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the organizer-cancellation terms outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Guests requesting a single-occupancy room for exclusive private use must also pay the $350 single-room supplement in full at the time of reservation. This supplement is separate from the $7,100 tour price and is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the organizer-cancellation terms.
Your reservation is confirmed once all payments due at the time of booking have been received.
6. Can I get a refund if I cancel?
The $1,400 deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the organizer-cancellation terms.
The second installment of $2,850 is fully refundable if written cancellation notice is received before March 15, when the final installment payment window opens.
From March 15 onward, the second installment becomes non-refundable. After April 15, all payments toward the tour become non-refundable, except where a replacement participant fills the vacated spot or another provision of the Refund & Cancellation Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
The $350 single-room supplement is also non-refundable, subject to the terms outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. What if I can no longer attend after the refund deadline?
If you can no longer attend, WineSlayer will make reasonable efforts to help fill your spot.
If you find a replacement participant, or WineSlayer successfully fills the spot, you may qualify for a refund of payments made toward the tour, less applicable payment-processing, banking, and non-recoverable transaction fees.
The replacement participant must be approved by WineSlayer, complete registration, and pay the required amount in full before the refund is issued. Any refund of the single-room supplement is subject to the room arrangement being transferable or the supplement otherwise being recoverable, as detailed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Is there an extra charge for a single room?
Yes. Guests requesting a single-occupancy room for exclusive private use must pay a $350 single-room supplement in addition to the $7,100 tour price.
The $350 supplement is due in full at the time of reservation, together with the $1,400 deposit. It is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the organizer-cancellation terms.
This means the total price for a guest requesting a single-occupancy room is $7,450, with $1,750 due at reservation.
9. Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We encourage guests to consider coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unexpected circumstances.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own insurance and reviewing the policy terms to ensure that the coverage meets their needs.
10. What happens if WineSlayer cancels the tour?
If WineSlayer cancels the tour, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Payments made directly to WineSlayer for the tour, including any single-room supplement, will be refunded subject to applicable law and mandatory refund requirements.
11. Will the itinerary change?
The tour is carefully planned around authentic local experiences, family connections, food, wine, and the places that make this region special.
Occasionally, supplier availability, weather, or other circumstances may require adjustments. WineSlayer will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternatives and communicate material changes to participants.
12. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Please disclose any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements as early as possible, ideally before booking. We will communicate with relevant restaurants and providers to determine what accommodations are feasible.
Specific accommodations cannot be guaranteed in every location.

The tour includes culinary experiences, guided visits, and travel between locations. Guests should review the itinerary and communicate any mobility or accessibility needs before booking so that feasibility can be discussed.
15. Can I book for someone else?
Yes. You may reserve a place for another participant, provided that their information is entered accurately and they receive and agree to the tour terms, payment schedule, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. What happens after I purchase my spot?
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation and payment receipt. Additional information regarding arrival logistics, accommodation arrangements, the itinerary, and preparation for the tour will be communicated before departure.
17. What expenses are not included in the tour price?
